Job summary

SMS InfoComm is seeking a Clerk for the Mid Shift in Grapevine, TX to support the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot Rushmore. You will perform visual inspections, run software/hardware tests on Windows and ChromeOS, and verify documentation. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, and a willingness to overtime on Saturdays.

Requirements include a high school diploma; 0–1 year in repair depot or QC is preferred; strong teamwork and initiative are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of repair depot or quality control experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience working with Temp Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of devices for defects.
• Test software/hardware including Windows and ChromeOS.
• Verify documentation and unit verification processes.
• Move devices between departments and to outbound shipping stations.
• Maintain 97.5% pass-rate through Out-of-Box Audit (OBA).
• Be available for overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
