The City of Springfield is seeking a dedicated individual for a clerical position responsible for various administrative tasks. Position Purpose / Summary
Responsible for performing full clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution and telephone reception. Work is supervised by the Director of Employee Operations. No supervision is exercised over other staff.

Unused sick days can be rolled over to subsequent calendar years. Supplemental Long Term and Short disability coverage is available to employees at the employee cost.
Paid Personal Days Use up to 3 of your accrued sick days as Personal days. Personal days cannot be rolled over into the next calendar year.
