Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our laboratory team in Louisville, KY. The role involves drawing blood, labeling tubes, and ensuring proper handling and storage in line with lab policies. You will also perform Front Office duties and support other hospital staff as needed.

You'll work five days a week, 8-hour shifts, with every third weekend rotation and holiday coverage. Prior phlebotomy experience or completion of an accredited training program is preferred, and a

Responsibilities

• Draws blood by capillary or venipuncture and labels tubes.
• Delivers tubes to Lab per policy.
• Performs Front Office duties and handles extra tubes.
• Loads specimens onto Roche MPA system.
• Responds to phone inquiries and supports staff.
