Responsabilités

• Process orders and maintain inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Research and correct transaction errors.
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, including email correspondence and issue resolution.
• Support warehouse operations by handling requests, conducting quality checks, and documenting findings.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, transportation, IT, and customer teams to support business objectives.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Process orders and maintain inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform data entry tasks
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, including email correspondence and issue resolution.
• Support warehouse operations by handling requests, conducting quality checks, and documenting findings.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• 6 months of experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
• Experience with WMS, ERP, Oracle, TMS, SFDC, and Tableau reporting tools.

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
