Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Nashville, TN. This role supports distribution operations from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and Saturday work as needed.

You will control inventory movement, process adjustments, and partner with warehouse staff to maintain accuracy. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience.

• Coordinates cycle counts and assists with physical inventory audits.
• Reviews and documents inventory transfers, receipts, and shipments.
• Works with operations and warehouse personnel to resolve inventory-related issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure inventory integrity through accurate tracking, movement control, adjustment processing, and discrepancy resolution.

HOURS:
1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and squat while performing inventory counts and inspections.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and computers.

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed to access inventory locations.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements for data entry and scanning activities.

• Ability to visually inspect inventory, read labels, and distinguish product numbers and codes.

• Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust.
