Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Finished Goods/Shipping Clerk I to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in our Distribution department. You will receive materials, pick orders, and maintain inventory records to ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining records, and preparing bills of lading. The role requires a high school diploma, 2-3 years experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining inventory records and documentation.
• Verify product quantities, shipping documentation, and material identification to ensure accuracy.
• Pick, pack, unpack, and prepare products, parts, supplies, and equipment for shipment or storage.
• Utilize computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory transactions and shipping activities.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping charges, and material transfer records.
• Follow established shipping procedures, schedules, and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

More about you:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to accurately process shipping documentation and maintain inventory records.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties requiring prolonged periods of standing and reaching with hands and arms.
• Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay rate is $20 an hour . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
