Monogram’s broad portfolio of products includes beef jerky, bacon jerky, turkey jerky, meat sticks, pickled sausages and pickled eggs, smoked sausage, hotdogs, pre-cooked bacon, bacon, corndogs, mini corndogs, pancake and sausage, potato skins, onion rings, breaded cheese strips, cheese curds, jalapeno poppers, breaded mushrooms, breaded vegetables, and other value-added foods.

Position Summary, Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the 1 st shift Production Accounting Clerk:

Production Accounting Clerk Will Be Responsible For Tracking/processing/analyzing

• Consumption of all production batches for operational shifts including: 1 st Shift Fry/Pack Paperwork, 2 nd Shift Kitchen batches
• Corrections from the previous day’s production run.
• Cross train and offer support to Production Inventory Clerk
  
  

Job Requirements Responsibilities And Tasks Are Written As Follows

• Safety is critical.
• Read the pass down from previous shift, so clear communication is passed from shift to shift. During shift operations continuously, observe for safety hazards.
• Be observant for employee safety in addition to GMP compliance and make immediate corrections to GMP discrepancies as needed and report them to the supervisor/manager.
• Help to ensure safety of to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and put safety and food quality first.
• Ensure that you are wearing the proper PPE
• Responsible for going out to the floor and collect all license plates of used materials
• Update production metrics
• Ensure paperwork is done correctly
• Contact Material Handler to communicate any issues with material out on the floor
• Escalate production issues to Supervisor or Operations Manager as needed
• Ensure no pallet is returned to the cooler w/out a license plate
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
  
  

NOTE: This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and succeed within a competitive environment.
• Demonstrate good judgment.
• Must be able to work independently
• Good attendance is mandatory. (maintain 3 points or less)
• Strong computer skills are necessary including Outlook, Word, and Windows D365. Must have the ability to look up standard Excel documents.
• Preferably Bilingual but not required
