Work Location: Bridgeport Clinic-Tigard

The Clerical Assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic. This part-time position involves working at both Providence Bridgeport Clinic in Tigard and Mercantile Clinic in Lake Oswego, with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week. This is an on-call position; the current schedule is Mon 7a-530p at Mercantile PT, Thurs and Fri 6:45a-5:15p at Bridgeport Rehab. Willingness to work up to 40 hours/week is required.

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED - General Studies.
• 1 year - Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (for some Rehab clinic locations) upon hire.
• Experience in a medical environment, Rehab field, or working with medical terminology upon hire.
• 1 year - Experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs.
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs.
• Experience with EPIC.

Pay Range: $19.40 - $29.08

The listed amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, or bonuses.
