Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payment investigations (bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, returned payments).
• Experience handling payment providers or banking partners preferred.
• Strong communication and investigative capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate payment issues including transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments.
• Collaborate with payment providers or banking partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Work independently as a contributor in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Support rotating/night shifts as needed.

• Experience handling payment providers or banking partners.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor.
• Willing to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
• Strong communication and investigation skills.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations is preferred.
