Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in IT/Systems Engineering/Analysis.
• 2-5 years of experience in Systems Engineering/Analysis.
• Active Security+ certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and analytical support to users across system infrastructure operations, analysis, engineering, and design.
• Design and develop reusable components and automation frameworks to enable continuous delivery pipelines.
• Assess new IT software projects to support and enhance existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Perform systems development work including OS upgrades, design enhancements, and cost projections.
• Develop technical specifications and test plans based on user needs and conformance to specs.
• Analyze business operations to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings to ensure that requirements are met.
• Architect and implement secure, infrastructure-focused tools and services.
