Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Security+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports design and management of systems across the full lifecycle from inception to phase-out.
• Design and develop reusable components, automate pipelines, and maintain scripts for CD.
• Installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, applications, and management tools.
• Addresses day-to-day management of infrastructure services, systems, and hardware usage.
• Analyzes user needs to shape functional requirements and technical specs.
• Develops technical specifications, test plans, and conformance reviews.
• Analyzes business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Provides analytical support in conceptualization and implementation of inter-linked systems.
• Documents analysis and presents findings to meet program requirements.
• Conducts design readiness reviews and quality control.
• Develops solutions by evaluating alternative workflows and training client personnel.
