Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of supply experience (military or civilian).
• Experience with automated warehouse tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Ability to lift objects under 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a warehouse/office environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and adjust reorder points.
• Conduct physical inventories and update records.
• Collate lists of equipment for acquisition plans.
• Prepare requisitions and process stock orders.
• Search data sources for stock numbers and substitutes.
• Coordinate with customers and transportation for material status.
• Document stock receipts and issue materials.
• Manage non-expendable property reporting.
• Operate PCs to perform data searches and corrections.
