• Monitor access points and visitor activity in a technology-focused location, reporting unusual conditions.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per Allied Universal requirements.

Job Description

As a Cleared Security Officer Patrol Driver in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a technology‑focused location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic environment while using technology and collaborating with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in a technology‑focused location, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
