Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) clearance.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Must have one or more of the following: 3+ years security experience on a DoD-cleared site or prior military.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect people, assets, and information
• Greet guests and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry/exit points
• Follow site-specific manuals and post orders; report safety concerns and security breaches via written/spoken communication to client/security personnel
• Respond to and assess security alarms or emergencies
• Act as a first responder in emergency situations
