Business Integra Inc. seeks an experienced RF Systems Engineer to architect, design, develop, integrate, and test RF systems for high-frequency and microwave applications.

The role covers receivers, transmitters, antennas, synthesizers, LNAs, HPAs, RF conversion elements, and transmission-line equipment. Responsibilities include architecture development, hardware layout support, testing, TPM tracking, and CAIV analyses, with an emphasis on reliability analyses and lifecycle cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communication systems development, including radios, antennas, and/or related subsystems.
  • 3+ years of experience with HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator) or related RF analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design RF systems, subsystems, and high-frequency/microwave circuitry.
  • Design and develop RF hardware, including receivers, transmitters, antennas, and frequency synthesizers.
  • Support hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype development, and testing.
  • Develop test methods and specifications and analyze RF hardware performance.
  • Support Product Development with technical inputs and formal documentation.
  • Support manufacturing during product assembly and testing.
  • Develop RF system and subsystem architectures and allocate functional and performance requirements.
  • Perform RF link analysis and optimization, including propagation effects and potential interference sources.
  • Identify and track RF TPMs.
  • Conduct RF system, subsystem, and component trade studies and CAIV analysis.
  • Support lifecycle cost, reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses.

  • Seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to architect, design, develop, integrate, and test RF systems and circuitry for high-frequency and microwave applications.
  • The role will support the development of RF systems including receivers, transmitters, antennas, frequency synthesizers, low-noise amplifiers, high-power amplifiers, RF conversion elements, and transmission-line equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design RF systems, subsystems, and high-frequency/microwave circuitry.
  • Design and develop RF hardware, including receivers, transmitters, antennas, and frequency synthesizers.
  • Support hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype development, and testing.
  • Develop test methods and specifications and analyze RF hardware performance.
  • Support Product Development with technical inputs and formal documentation.
  • Support manufacturing during product assembly and testing.
  • Develop RF system and subsystem architectures and allocate functional and performance requirements.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communication systems development, including radios, antennas, and/or related communication subsystems.
  • 3+ years of experience with HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator) or related RF analysis tools.
Desired Skills
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating communication systems.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering processes.
  • Experience with RF analysis, including co-site analysis, antenna patterns, and link budgets.
  • Knowledge of military and/or government programs.
  • Experience with the C-130 platform.
  • Experience with Ansys RF analysis tools, including EMIT.
