Job description

Salary: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Company Summary:

Our client is a leading provider of consulting, implementation, and support services for Unified Communications solutions. Their dedicated engineers specialize in key technologies, making them a prominent integrator of advanced communication systems. The AV Technician will build and implement solutions tailored to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include both post-sales implementation and pre-sales support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Install, test, and troubleshoot AV systems, including displays, projectors, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
  2. Ensure system quality and performance meet design specifications during commissioning.
  3. Verify that drawings, codes, and site photographs are complete and meet project specifications.
  4. Redline post-installation drawings for accuracy.
  5. Provide quick reference guides for control systems.
  6. Train clients as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Setup and connection of VTC units (Cisco, Polycom, etc.).
  • Video Wall setup and configuration.
