The Cleared American Guard is a professional and dependable Security Escort who supports secure facility operations by escorting uncleared personnel and monitoring activity within restricted areas. This role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and strict adherence to security and safety procedures. The position includes both indoor and outdoor work and may involve escort-related administrative support as needed.
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
U.S. Citizen.
High School Diploma or GED.
4 days/week - 10hr shifts.
0600 - 1600 (40 hours per week). Operational needs require personnel to report as early as 0530 to ensure coverage.
A 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Work is typically Monday through Thursday, with possible weekend work depending on project needs. If a scheduled effort is canceled after arrival, the employee will receive 4 hours of regular pay.
Overtime is project-based and applies only to individuals assigned to projects that require extra hours, not to the entire team.
$45.00 per hour.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
