Job Description Summary

The Clear to Build (CTB) Process Leader is part of the Fulfillment team within Materials Management. This role is responsible for the standards, process, implementation, and initial execution of the Clear to Build process across Technology & Operations (T&O). The position involves collaboration across Materials Management and the Integrated Manufacturing Organization to monitor material status and ensure alignment with engine build targets for all programs.

This role is open to remote work with travel expected once a month.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the Clear to Build process to track targets and parts flow.
  • Coordinate with various functions across T&O to ensure effective communication and adherence to processes, providing visibility into engine output goals.
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment Executive leader and team to train and communicate standardized processes for gathering and sharing CTB status updates.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to short-term delivery and pacing of parts across product lines that could impact weekly, monthly, or quarterly CTB targets.
  • Regularly update Senior Leadership on status and identify gaps.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations, plus 5 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in component manufacturing or assembly.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve disruptions in material flow within supply chains.
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders, with confidence in challenging assumptions and communicating complex issues clearly.
  • APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
  • Traits include humility, transparency, focus, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $128,100 - $170,800 USD annually. Salary offers depend on experience, education, and location. The role is eligible for performance bonuses and incentives.
