Aerotek is hiring for an Assembly Technician in Ohio. Work on a first‑shift schedule assembling window frames in a cleanroom using hand and power tools, with a focus on accurate measurements and high‑quality workmanship.

The role involves setting up lines, performing precise assembly tasks, and supporting general manufacturing activities. Overtime up to 50+ hours per week may be required, and the position is contract‑to‑hire with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Previous assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Basic proficiency with measuring tools and interpreting measurements.
• Willingness to work overtime, including 50+ hours per week when required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines in a cleanroom environment according to specifications and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble window frames accurately and safely.
• Measure and mark materials to ensure correct dimensions.
• Inspect assembled components for quality and adherence to standards.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or delays to supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist with other duties to support production.
