Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking Cleanroom Technicians with 1–2 years of cleanroom production experience to perform hose and tubing assembly, cleaning, packaging, and equipment operation while maintaining cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.

Mandatory skills include SOPs, ISO/cGMP compliance, and strong teamwork and communication. Positions are based in Devens, MA with multiple shift options and immediate orientation.

Qualificações

Pay Rate: $21.42–$24.63/hour, depending on shift

Job Overview

Seeking Cleanroom Technicians with 1–2 years of cleanroom production experience to perform hose and tubing assembly, cleaning, packaging, and equipment operation while maintaining cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 1–2 years of cleanroom production experience.
• Assembly and/or cleanroom operations experience.
• Hose and tubing assembly, following work instructions and technical prints.
• Hands-on skills with simple hand tools and measurement tools.
• Experience following SOPs, cleanroom protocols, and site procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO and cGMP compliance and product quality standards.
• Equipment operation, cleaning, packaging, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Process deviation identification, continuous improvement, and inventory cycle counts.
• Teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and self-inspection skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for up to 95% of the workday.
• Comfortable wearing required cleanroom PPE and performing required physical activities.

Shift Schedules and Pay Rates

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM — $21.42/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM — $23.56/hour
• 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM — $24.63/hour

Mandatory Orientation: First week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be available for their selected shift and mandatory orientation.
• Assignment may begin with background check results pending if the background check has been initiated and the drug screen completed; drug screen results may still be pending.
