Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is hiring for a long-term manufacturing associate in Tigard, Oregon. You’ll perform tube bending, basic wiring, and cable assembly, reading BOMs and engineering drawings to print specifications, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

This role offers a friendly, team-focused culture with opportunities to grow in a busy production environment and an excellent benefits package. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tube bending functions while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Complete tasks such as Teflon tube bending, basic wiring, and cable assembly.
• Read and build from engineering drawings and labels to print specifications.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns or delivery issues.
• Follow testing procedures and accurately document test data.

Compensation: $20-30+/HR DOE

SHIFT: 2nd shift: M-TH 2:15pm to 12:45am

OR

3rd shift: F-SUN 5am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do
