Job summary

Lifescience-Logistics in Durham, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support S&D cleanroom operations under cGMP.

You will weigh and document client orders, label and stage shipments, maintain cleanroom equipment, and keep detailed logs while following strict gowning and safety procedures.

A high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to work on your feet in a regulated environment with PPE are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required (Associates/Technical/Trade preferred)
• Ability to use pallet jacks and drum handling equipment
• Experience in a cGMP compliant cleanroom environment is a plus
• Adherence to strict gowning guidelines
• Must be very proficient in basic math calculations
• Must be very organized and have good documentation practices
• Must have impeccable work ethics

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products and operations in S&D cleanrooms under cGMP
• Ensure technicians are trained and follow procedures/regulations
• Verify, document and transfer client picked orders into the cleanroom for weighing
• Weigh and document all client orders per batch documentation
• Label and package weighed containers for shipment
• Relabel bulk containers and stage for warehouse movement
• Clean and maintain S&D equipment per procedures
• Prepare sanitizing solutions for S&D areas
• Clean and sanitize cleanroom areas per schedule
• Record and maintain use and cleaning activity logs
• Collect EM samples and deliver to 3rd party lab
• Support S&D Supervisor in maintaining supply inventories
• Assist in investigations and corrective actions
• Assist in ensuring procedures reflect best practices
• Wear PPE as recommended by SDS
• Other duties as assigned
