Qualifications

• Education/experience match as described in posting.
• Basic reading ability and simple arithmetic required.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Physically capable to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort articles by item and material type.
• Gown in clean-room garments with a hood, coverall, boots and gloves.
• Follow best practices for clean-room environments.
• Weigh articles, load articles into washer, start washer.
• Remove clean, wet articles from washer and place them into dryers for measured time cycles.
• Turn and inspect articles for damage; mend torn/damaged items as needed.
• Bundle or package articles according to work orders.
