Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, minimal related experience, and strong English communication skills, with the ability to log records and use basic measurements and PC tools

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
Expected Minimum Years of Related Experience: Less than 1 year.
Must be able to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and use material measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

Wear all required PPE and follow safety systems; report injuries or pain immediately.
Maintain data integrity and follow SOPs; use extreme care with tools and products; report any issues.
Log tools that may have a problem or cannot be used; raise near-miss reports for investigation.
Follow dispatch lists and prioritize tasks; work to supervisor guidance; maintain productivity.
Adhere to reliability expectations including attendance and punctuality.
Communicate professionally with all departments; respect others’ viewpoints; accept constructive feedback.
