Job summary

Medtronic’s Surgical Innovations Manufacturing team in Warsaw, IN seeks skilled operators to run light-duty machine tools in a sterile clean room. You will setup machines, perform maintenance, and verify tolerances using gauges and fixtures. A minimum of 1 year related experience is expected; there is no formal education requirement.

The role is onsite with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and professional growth within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain procedures, systems, and tools.
• Requires 1+ years of related experience or training.
• No minimum education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment.
• Gowns up and works in sterile clean room environment.
• Sets up machining machines and performs maintenance.
• Checks work with gauges, jigs and fixtures for close tolerances.
• Monitors quality using statistical process control and other procedures.
