Job summary

Andelyn Biosciences is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our Columbus manufacturing team. You will perform routine cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitation of controlled environments and support documentation to ensure GMP alignment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Training will cover GDP/ALCOA standards and gowning procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in a highly regulated field, life sciences, biotechnology, and/or gene therapy industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and task management skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization of cleanroom areas/suites to maintain compliance.
• Restock and stage cleanroom consumables to support uninterrupted daily workflows.
• Label and handle cleaning solutions and disinfectants per Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and site procedures.
• Maintain GDP/ALCOA++ documentation and audit readiness.
• Adhere to gowning protocols and cleanroom guidelines in classified environments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, and QA teams to support operations.
