Job summary

Katalyst CRO seeks a Cleanroom Laboratory Technician to support manufacturing and laboratory operations in a regulated environment. You will monitor environments, support cleanroom activities, prepare materials, document results, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cleanroom while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience in a regulated setting or cleanroom environment.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring in controlled cleanroom environments.
• Document and maintain environmental and laboratory data.
• Assist with aseptic techniques during routine lab and manufacturing operations.
• Prepare buffers, media, and production components per standard procedures.
• Operate lab and manufacturing equipment used in daily production.
• Assist with cleanroom setup, stocking, organization and maintenance.
• Complete batch records and production logs accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety and quality procedures to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate equipment readiness for routine operations.
• Assist with process improvements and other lab duties as assigned.
