Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services seeks a Micro-cleaner to maintain cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory cleanliness. You will perform cleaning according to strict guidelines and document all steps to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include following customer SOPs, participating in cGMP training, and assisting in training others while protecting confidentiality and safety in a highly regulated setting. This is a full-time role based in our Boston facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines in cleanrooms and GMP labs.
• Monitor cleanroom procedures to ensure timely, accurate cleanings.
• Participate in cGMP training, safety, and performance improvement programs.
• Document control and adherence to SOPs; ensure accuracy of records.
• Read and follow customer SOPs with precise documentation.
