Hours: 1st Shift
Pay: $18$20/hr DOE
Consistent 1st shift hours

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
Inspect small parts using a microscope for extended periods
Assemble and handle tiny, fragile components with extreme precision
Use tweezers, tools, and light machinery to manipulate parts
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to strict specifications
Document inspection findings and assembly data accurately
Identify and isolate defective components
Maintain cleanroom and lab standards throughout the work area
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of equipment
Collaborate with team leads to meet production timelines
Cross-train in related tasks and support other departments as needed
High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
Prior lab or fine assembly experience a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused setting
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
