Century 3, Inc. is seeking experienced Cleanroom Installers/Carpenters to join our growing team in Greenville, NC.

This role focuses on installing cleanroom wall systems, ceilings, doors, windows, panels, and related components across pharma, manufacturing, semiconductor, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate has commercial construction or carpentry experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read drawings and specifications while upholding strict quality and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry, construction, or installation experience.
• Experience reading construction drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install modular cleanroom wall and ceiling systems.
• Install doors, windows, hardware, and trim packages.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and ladders safely.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all site-specific safety and cleanroom procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams.
• Travel to customer job sites as required.
