Job summary

ASML US, LP. (US30) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to accurately assemble, integrate and qualify complex ASML products in a controlled cleanroom environment in Wilton, CT. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, data interpretation, and teamwork across Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality functions.

You will support lean initiatives, maintain dashboards, and work with ERP tools while ensuring safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on electromechanical assembly work.
• Precision measurement and tool use with good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, SAP, LabVIEW.
• Ability to read and interpret data and documents.
• Work according to strict procedures within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate and qualify technical products per specifications.
• Manufacture and deliver high level systems; troubleshoot simple issues.
• Track work completed and communicate across shifts.
• Acquire knowledge of new and established products and processes.
• Follow area leader plans and monitor practical situations.
• Support training processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain Production Operation Dashboard and ERP data.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Keep workcenter clean, efficient and organized.
• Adhere to all EHS policies and procedures.
