Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking an Associate Engineer - Cleanroom to design, implement, and maintain Cleanroom systems for semiconductor facilities. You will ensure compliance with production standards and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Cleanroom Engineering or related field and 0–5+ years of experience in Cleanroom planning, with construction experience highly valued. Willingness to travel within Arizona is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cleanroom Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
0-5+ years of experience Cleanroom system planning.
Construction experience preferred; semiconductor construction a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform requirements classification of clients, communicating project requirements and design review with internal & external design team for Cleanroom system.
Perform the required scope of work and clarify specification with stakeholders.
Assist procurement team on Cleanroom systems equipment & materials and assist in contractors’ awards.
Understand isometrics, P&ID and CAD drawings specifically for Cleanroom systems.
Review, approve and oversee the installation of Cleanroom systems.
Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms with specifications and schedules.
Review progress reports, materials used and costs, contract payment applications, and adjust work schedules as indicated by the reports.
