Job summary

LeanTeq, a division of EnPro Industries, is seeking a Chemical Technician to safely handle chemicals, solutions, and waste while performing cleanroom cleaning and taking critical measurements. The role emphasizes detailed record-keeping and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

You will collaborate within a team to meet customer delivery schedules and support process development, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate or associate's degree in chemical technology or related field.
• Some laboratory experience or equivalent experience working with chemicals is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, handle delicate parts and equipment, and work with hazardous materials.
• Comfortable using computers for various workflows.

Responsibilities

• Works within a team to achieve customer-dictated delivery schedules.
• Works in a cleanroom environment for specialty processes.
• Supports design-of-experiments and customer process development.
• Handle chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Performs cleaning operations on critical parts.
• Detail oriented, can follow production processes in a consistent and exacting manner.
• Maintain production records on all parts processed through each station.
• Take measurements for critical dimensions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
