Qualifications

• Must be able to complete Grede Fork Truck Training and hold a valid fork truck license.
• Ability to train and evaluate trainees.

What You'll Do:

• Translate Spanish and English as needed.
• Train and orient employees on the required aspects of cleaning department functions specifies in the positions training schedule.
• Submit training completion records to the Training Department for tracking purposes.
• Determine if trainees comprehend training elements and perform retraining as necessary.
• At the end of the designated training schedule, administer a certification test to the employee to verify training effectiveness and job understanding.
• Maintain communication with the department supervisor regarding trainee progress.
• Has the ability to perform multiple cleaning room positions including, salvage grind, stand grid, blast machine operation, knock off, fork truck, etc.
• Organize and maintain the Cleaning Room in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Complete Grede Fork Truck Training and hold a valid fork truck license.
• Complete daily fork truck inspection sheets and forward to supervisor.
• Check gauges as appropriate to make sure the truck is operating properly.
• Report any truck problems to the supervisor.
• Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company guidelines.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Able to work overtime as assigned.
