Job summary

Triple D’s Janitorial Services is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians for our Charlotte, NC region. The role involves routine cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet company standards. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites.

18+ with flexible hours and a focus on safety are required. Work is on-site in the Charlotte area, 3rd shift, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal)
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed
• Pay: $14.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Sunday (7 days/week)
On-site (Charlotte, NC region)
3nd Shift

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexibility in working hours is required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
