Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restoring, either solo or as part of a team.
• Learning professional organizing skills including planning, decluttering, and system management.
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to Eco-Cleanology standards.
• Protecting and maintaining equipment and tools.
• Communicating with supervisors regarding damages, deficits, or disturbances.
• Handling reasonable complaints or requests with professionalism and patience.
• Checking stock levels of all products and replenishing when necessary.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety rules and company policies, including our strict “No Drama” policy.
• Being reliable and punctual.
• Ability to speak and write English effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least one year of cleaning experience as a cleaning technician.
• Clean background check.
• Physical fitness to perform job duties.
• Ability to work well independently or with others.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent work ethic.
