Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado seeks a General Laborer to help bring construction spaces to life—transforming them into clean, polished environments ready for occupancy. This part-time role requires flexibility to work Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and offers a $17.00 per hour wage.

The position participates in the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and a retirement plan with pretax or Roth contribution options. PSLF eligibility and other benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Access to a computer and a mobile device with internet.
• Ability to work Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 with flexibility.
• Experience in cleaning or construction preferred but not required.
• Honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets, vents, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris.
• Sweep floors, basements, garages, and other designated areas.
• Dust, wash, and polish surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearance.
• Clean and sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, and other restroom fixtures.
• Remove jobsite trash and construction debris safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces and designated areas.
• Perform additional cleaning, maintenance, and support duties as assigned.

• Proper identity and work authorization documents
• Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time
• Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours.
• Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
