Job summary

Touch By Us Cleaning Service LLC is hiring for full-time and part-time Residential, Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaning Technicians. Schedule Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, average 30–35 hours per week, with most weekends and holidays off.

Start pay $14 after 90 days, rising to $17; bonuses and training offered. Responsibilities include residential/commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and following company checklists.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles outside of Enterprise, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial cleaning.
• Post-construction cleaning.
• Deep cleaning and routine maintenance cleaning.
• Move-in/move-out cleaning.
• Window cleaning and detailed touch-up work.
• Following cleaning checklists and company standards.
• Communicating professionally with team members and clients.
• Taking before and after photos when required.
• Maintaining reliability, professionalism, and teamwork.
