We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaning Technician to assist with dormitory turnover cleaning for a college/ university in HAMPTON, VIRGINIA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards through a variety of routine cleaning tasks.

Schedule:

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

On-site at college dormitory in HAMPTON, VA

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
  
  
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and partitions
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes (sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, etc.)
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand-scrub floors as needed
• Empty trash and recyclables into proper disposal areas
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and high-touch surfaces
• Report safety or maintenance issues through the client checklist
• Ensure the facility is secured before leaving
• Follow all safety protocols and product usage guidelines
• Fulfill occasional special client requests as noted
  
  
  

Pay Range: $15.00- $17.50 per hour
