We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaning Technician to assist with dormitory turnover cleaning for a college/ university in HAMPTON, VIRGINIA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards through a variety of routine cleaning tasks.

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday (5 days/week) On-site at college dormitory in HAMPTON, VA

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and partitions

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes (sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, etc.)

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand-scrub floors as needed

Empty trash and recyclables into proper disposal areas

Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas

Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and high-touch surfaces

Report safety or maintenance issues through the client checklist

Ensure the facility is secured before leaving

Follow all safety protocols and product usage guidelines

Fulfill occasional special client requests as noted

Pay Range: $15.00- $17.50 per hour Pay depends on your qualifications. To apply, please send your resume.
