Schedule & Hours

• Monday–Friday: Start between 8:30–8:45 AM, finish around 4:30–5:00 PM
• At least 1 weekend day per month required
• Typical schedule ranges from 35–40 hours per week

Hours may vary depending on workload and scheduling needs. Team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative will consistently have opportunities to maintain full-time hours.

When daily assignments are completed early, team members are expected to:

• Assist teammates in the field
• Help with supplies, organization, or cleaning tasks at the office
• Continue contributing wherever needed

Schedule Flexibility

While our standard start time is between 8:30–8:45 AM, there are occasional opportunities to start earlier (as early as 7:30 AM), especially on Tuesdays.

Flexibility for these earlier start times is a strong plus and allows team members to take on additional hours and responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced environments such as Airbnb turnovers, hotels, or janitorial work is a strong plus, as this role requires both speed and attention to detail.
