Triple D’s Janitorial Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our Charlotte region team. This role helps maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for businesses, with 2nd shift on-site hours.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, 5+ years cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Pay is $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Flexible availability; ability to work 2nd shift, 7 days/week as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients.
