DNC Facility Services is hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians for a commercial account in Tyler, TX. This is an industrial setting where safety, awareness, and consistency are critical.

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, follow directions carefully, and show up ready to perform every shift. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; following site safety procedures; properly using cleaning supplies and equipment; and

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistently on time.
• Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be willing to complete required safety training/classes.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do

• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Follow all site safety and security procedures without exception
• Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment
• Complete tasks thoroughly, consistently, and on time
• Communicate clearly with your Team Lead and coworkers

Work Environment

This is an industrial/commercial setting - not a typical office job. We expect team members to:

• Stay alert and aware of surroundings at all times
• Follow safety procedures exactly as trained
• Maintain focus and professionalism throughout the shift

If you tend to cut corners or ignore instructions, this position will not be a good fit.
