The Funky Sponge is hiring a Cleaning Technician to service residential homes in the Tampa area. You will follow our checklist to ensure each home is left with that just-cleaned feeling and you'll take pride in doing a thorough job.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.

• Transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Cleaning Technician with The Funky Sponge, you'll clean residential homes to our checklist and leave every customer with that just-cleaned feeling. You'll work with a supportive team, see many of the same customers each visit, and take real pride in your work.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms to our checklist — dusting, floors, surfaces, and the details that matter.

• Communicate with the office on scheduling, access, and any issues.
• Keep your supplies and equipment organized and ready.
• Take before/after photos and flag anything that needs attention.
