1-800 WATER DAMAGE of NE TX & NW LA is seeking Cleaning Technicians to restore homes and businesses affected by fire, smoke, and other disasters. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, keen attention to detail, and a compassionate, professional approach to customers during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move items up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, soot, and smoke.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus, but not required.
• IICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clean and deodorize structures and contents affected by fire, smoke, and other damage.
• Handle contents pack-out and inventory with care and precision.
• Use specialized cleaning agents and equipment according to training and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
