Job summary

AllKlean Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Cleaning Technician in Post Falls, ID. No prior cleaning experience required; we provide hands-on training and exposure to restoration services.

You will perform carpet, tile, upholstery cleaning and more, with opportunities to learn air duct cleaning and water damage restoration. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior cleaning or restoration experience required; paid training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as a team.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
• Assist with air duct cleaning and HVAC system cleaning (training provided).
• Perform minor carpet repairs and carpet stretching.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain professional cleaning equipment.
• Conduct pre-service inspections and assess customer cleaning needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and communicate professionally with customers.
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures, operational standards, and industry best practices.
• Assist with additional cleaning and restoration services as needed.
• Opportunity to cross-train in other areas such as water damage mitigation and restoration.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

No previous cleaning or restoration experience required. We will train the right candidate!

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.

$20.00 per hour starting wage
