Job summary

Simply Saras Cleaning Service Llc is seeking a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will independently clean homes and travel to clients, delivering exceptional service with integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cleaning all surfaces, moving furniture as needed, and maintaining supplies and equipment while upholding a friendly, punctual, and uniformed presence for our customers on a typical Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites when necessary
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

We are looking for a Residential/ Commerical Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will clean each house independently. You will clean each house independently. You will traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.
