Cleaning Technician – Industrial Facility (Speedway, IN)

Jack Laurie Group is hiring a full-time Cleaning Technician to join our team at an industrial powder coating facility in Speedway. This role focuses on maintaining clean and safe workspaces in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
  

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  

Pay:

• $15.00/hour
  

• Plus $0.50/hour Attendance Bonus
  

Work Environment:
This position involves cleaning in an active industrial setting, including production areas, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and lobby spaces.

Required PPE:

• Steel-toe shoes
  

• High-visibility clothing or vest
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and dust industrial and office areas
  

• Sanitize restrooms and replenish consumables
  

• Remove trash and debris from all designated zones
  

• Maintain cleanliness of employee common areas
  

• Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
  

• Follow all facility safety and PPE protocols
  

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
  

• Must be dependable and punctual
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  

• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in active work zones
  

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on feet throughout the shift
