Our goal is to help elderly individuals maintain safe, organized, and healthy environments, allowing them to age in place with dignity and comfort.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home cleaning, strong attention to detail, and a passion for serving senior citizens. This role includes cleaning residential spaces, managing personal schedules, and completing light administrative tasks related to each assignment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep cleaning of senior clients’ homes (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas)

Organize and declutter personal and shared spaces

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while respecting client privacy and property

Document services provided and submit required reports/photos

Communicate with clients and leadership team in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner

Track and manage individual cleaning schedule

Transport cleaning supplies as needed (mileage not reimbursed)

Maintain confidentiality and follow all ethical guidelines set by the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of professional home cleaning or customer service experience

Experience working with seniors or vulnerable populations a plus

Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) preferred but not required

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Access to a reliable personal vehicle

Current Limited Liability Auto Insurance

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties

Schedule: Flexible hours available (some weekends may be requested)

Healthcare: Not provided

Proof of identification and eligibility to work is required.

Selection Process:

Qualified applicants will undergo an application review, interview, and potentially a skills demonstration or test.
