We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaning Technician to join our property management team. This role plays a key part in ensuring our apartment homes and common areas are consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for current and future residents.

You'll take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and have a strong eye for detail that helps our properties stand out.

Responsibilities

• Turnover cleaning of vacant apartments (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, fixtures, etc.)
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas and shared spaces
• Ensuring all units meet company cleanliness standards prior to move-in
• Reporting maintenance or property concerns as needed
• Supporting the overall appearance and presentation of the property

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred (1-3 years ideal)
